This is surely the best small hotel, amazing and absolutely charming staff, fantastic rooms. The restaurant food is delicious, and the breakfast offered is satisfactory with an awesome view, both savoury as sweet food, eggs to order. The services are fantastic, including a heated pool. Spacious & luxurious room with central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV. Exceptionally comfortable beds and best bathroom. The most important - stunning and magnificent location very Close to Saraceno restaurant. Just next door to the center by car and the town centre of Taormina.

Really enjoyed its charming and kind staff.

Modern double room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The private parking was on site, fantastic service. It had heated swimming pool too. Location: the hotel was short walk to the old town, and a quiet area;)))

The views of Mt. Etna were amazing daily.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare, with a strict cut-off time that caused us significant stress. We were rushed and felt strongly inconvenienced, especially after a long journey. The hotel was quite far from town, and navigating back after a long day was a pain, especially in the heat-taxis added up quickly.

The terrace in the Suite with Terrace offered amazing views. The room's spacious layout provided ample room for relaxation after long days of exploring.

The beds were notoriously hard, which might not suit everyone. Extra duvets helped somewhat, but they don't transform rock into plush. Connectivity was a bit of a hassle with slow WiFi, and the peculiar European plug sockets were a chore to navigate. Plus, getting to and from town was a pain, especially at €15 per ride, with a long and tricky walk back-particularly with stray cats around.

The amazing views of Mt. Etna and the coastline were fine. The staff were great, provided thoughtful recommendations .

Stairs can be challenging.

The location is so far from everything. I would have expected a shuttel service, since it's supposedly a 'charming' hotel. With the slamming doors at all hours, I thought maybe they could've given us a complimentary bottle of wine. Just couldn't believe the oversight.

Amazing views that inspire mornings

The staff consistently provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities.

The steep walk from the hotel to the center of Taormina was challenging at times. While manageable, it may not be ideal for everyone, especially after a long day of exploring.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief retreat in Taormina with great value for the money. The spacious room allowed us to recharge after a full day of exploring. Keep an eye on the taxi fares when returning late from town.

The amazing views of etna and the awesome breakfast really exceeded my expectations. Every night, the staff helped us enjoy our time with dinner reservations and cozy rooms.

We had such a fantastic time! The breakfast was incredibly delicious and varied. Our room had an epic terrace with stunning views. However, the internet was really slow, which made planning our days a bit tricky. Would definitely come back!
